Touch Your Toes Top 100 list Rules

We are happy to welcome you into membership of our top list.

Our list is re-ranked every hour and reset each week. We also feature a site of the moment spot at the very top of our top list and this is randomly generated every hour when the list is re-ranked. The first 15 sites are able to display banners. All sites in the site of the moment spot will have their banner displayed (assuming that they give a url to one).

Please note that in order to be fair to everybody we need you to follow a few very simple rules.

1. Your site should be Spanking related (Rule Change...no longer taking sites that are not spanking sites)
2. No blind or misleading links.
3. No diallers.
4. Nothing that's illegal such as child porn, rape or anything involving cruelty to animals.
5. No telephone sex chat sites.
6. No more than one pop up.
7. No placing our top list in an exit console queue or popup queue.
8. No Cheating. Cheating will result in the removal of all your sites from all of our top lists without notification.
9. Sites not sending traffic for more than 20 weeks will be deleted to help ensure smoother running of this top list.
